It’s rich, flavorful and packs a punch: Yellow Jackfruit Curry with Jasmine Rice at Trader Joe’s. It has a bit too much heat for me (I’m a lightweight!), but when you mix it with the accompanying side of rice, it mellows.

In addition to jackfruit, the curry is mixed with vegetables and a host of spices. Here’s the list of ingredients if you’re curious. You’ll see that for a frozen meal, the ingredients are surprisingly simple, with no preservatives, carrageenan, artificial flavors or artificial colors. Hurray!
